Welfare gathering at dhruv's hse. Retro is the name, grooving is the game. Kudos to Justin n Cheryl, esp the former for renting the costume. totally rad. everyone dressed up is such a sweetener for the camera.

Christmas stayover at Pest's hse. Had the most amt of nuggets(no pun intended) I ever had.. Had laughs drawing faces, Watched movies, fell asleep halfway through Harry Potter. She's leaving for India next fri, in 2 yrs she had been in SG for 1 yr only.. God, please help her in India. haha, probably will not miss her this time again, like I didn't the other time.

Picnic at Botanical Gardens after Christmas. pleasant way to slow things down a little. Indulged in the fresh air and greenery.. and simple picnic food, by the man-made lake Wish I brought you along.

Pang Seh

Sent my parents off last tues... off to Hokkaido.... they pang seh me.. twice.. to Japan but..
Had the car for the past week.. Definitely a good thing, convenience is the factor.
I think I did alot for the past week,

Tues- Dinner, peperoni with pest, est, caleb and may. Desserts at creamery
Wed- Mambo
Thurs- Steamboat @ home with the Mikes
Fri- Supper after class @ prata house
Sat- Lunch at Liang Court, stationery shopping at Kino, Dinner at gardens, Desserts at thomson
Sun- Roaming Haji Lane, taking pictures with err.. a camera phone, Liverpool game

My parents are coming back tml, kinda broke already and christmas is coming up.. Shit!! But whilst I was doing all these, you were on the back on my mind.

From my previous post about us, being a nuisance at Holland V... Let me just carry on.
Let me just recall....
Once upon a time.. erm, SCREW THAT!!
That was a thursday, a supposingly important day. Because I was in school. Because I am never around in school on thursdays. Because weng gonna quit. Because we needed to plan Hweengee's birthday party(is over, as of now). STOP THE BECAUSE. think I am still a nuisance
Anyways, went town on fri to get her a tennis racquet and we can't think of what else to give. So we came up with the safest plan, an ang bao with an auspicious number. (just to sidetrack, I always thought that only the Chinese likes the word 'auspicious', and to think of it, we are probably the only race that thinks about money(not monet cause the y is beside the t) all the time). Planned a 'surprise' dinner at Fig & Olive(nv go there again, not worth the dough) but she somehow saw through the plans... Everyone was late..not all came..After which we had desserts and supper(ya, we ate again!) at Marche which was joined by tessa,ali,marc and mayvina. I couldn't stop talking nonsense and was pretty high, even though the beer came in much later. The wind was pretty strong that night and the gals were, err, trying to do a trademark monroe move, but didn't actually succeed. rushed home after tt to prep the ppt presentation for dad.

This week was pretty eventful caused i went for my first reservist and skipped classes as well.
All i could say that i met new people whom I can talked to and a new insight and also plenty of irritating people who spoke too much mandarin and hokkien(hokkien pengs)... not really comfy with them ard but to think of it, is only at ICTs i will have to talk to them.. so just not too bad ya.
In camp was not too tired and just waiting for most of the time(SG army).

Hopefully next week will be even more shiok.. Seriously looking forward to it.
