MUSE is coming

Goodness Gracious, Muse is finally coming admist all the rumors scattering all over the boards.
Is on the 16th Jan 2007, 3 days after Eric Clapton. I was excited before now I am in hysteria. I already bought my tickets for Clapton way ahead(will never miss Clapton!) and now Muse is coming. Not sure whether I want to buy the tickets, I definitely want to go, think Marc will be going too but I will be broke if I spent on them, especially is after Dec. Keeping my fingers, toes, hair etc. cross for com tickets will be a huge risk and it will be sore to miss them. Already missed them once when I was in Sydney(they played on the day I flew back, didnt plan properly) and now they are at your doorstep. I think I will starve to watch them play live, a win-win situation after all. God, is Muse you know. They should bring in such acts rather than some gay shit like Rain.. Whatever... Argh, I need to make a decision fast as time is running out.

Truth

Had God designed the world, it would not be
A world so frail and faulty as we see.
-Lucretius
But God gave Man the will to choose
Man chose the path of sin
When they had the thought
Sin begin to creep into the world
Through many years,
Man and God were seperated at ends
God gently weeps but never gave up
He sent His Son to die for us
The blood shed was a mark of purity
A reunion of God and Man
As God has designed a greater world
Not frail and faulty we will see
But in eternity we will be

Jackass

I really wanna do a Jackass one of these days. Or at least, do it in school just before graduation. That will be a while though but it will be good as we will have enough time to plan and do a outrageous, out-of-the-universe, owesome, whacked one man. Something that will leave our footprints. Really inspired by Johnny Knoxville. You guys gotta check out Jackass 2!

and Borat too..

Shhh....

This weekend was probably one of the quietest. Everyone seems to be dumb and I could hear a fly. It was a good time to rest, but it isn't like I got sufficient sleep. But I think should be enough. Heard about something from a friend about someone, felt a little bad. As though I care at all, is ok to give the occasional ill treatment i guess, but I don't want to have anything associated, at least for now, so too bad. I may be bias, but I dun care. I may have a grudge, but so what? Everyone is imperfect, I am just being normal. Back to the weekend, is just so quiet but passed fast. A bullet train? More like this wkend was sunken to the bed of the sea, isolated from what's happening on drier grounds. Today I felt that people that are close to my heart doesn't really understand me too well. They are just concerned I guess, but over concerned, talking too much, c'mon is my life, I live it the way I want and I dun like that at all. So please zipped up(Is not like I always see these people, but I may repel slowly) Back to the weekend AGAIN! Maybe is just preparation from what is yet to be, the intensity of the future wks til the end of this yr frightens me, but I am anticipating it, with firm fervousness.. Live Life!

Rustic

Rustic, tranquility, the two feelings that is dear to me
It reaches the deepest channels of my heart
As the whistling leaves serenades my soul
To shelter from the bustling world of gold

Really like neighbourhoods that are rustic but versatile. Places where you can just walk your dog on the roads in the late mornings, not worried about honking cars. Where you can just read a book, or just do anything not shackled. No crowds to compete with for an afternoon lunch. Till night falls, the neighbourhood will transform into a romantic setting, where the life sets in. Like a koala awoken from his afternoon nap. With couples and family flocking for a nice warmth dinner. Where coffee aromas fill the air, where social drinks are exchanged. A true representation of human bonding and where couples cuddled and just looking into the eyes, expressing love implicitly, probably speaking a language only understood by them. And as the crowd disperses, as couples head home together, the mices(after having their fill)would run back to their holes, before Tom comes for you. Everyone's tired and the peace sets in once again.

Dinner with 1st Three Months Friends; and School Boys

Dinner at IZAKAYA NIJUMARU @ Cuppage with my 1st 3 months friends last Fri. (The restaurant was reco by Est, by the way, was pretty good though.) Like the jap setting at that place, the family feel that made it at ease.. Trying to capture images of the delicious food and the hungry faces.Lol. It was to celebrate Zequan and my Bdae, thought was passed. Food was pretty nice too especially that plate of Sashimi. Jetted off to Heeren to take neo prints, the last time we had it taken was 4 yrs ago(phew!), and we being older people now had trouble deciding which machine to use and how to use it. Was there till they close, but we had fun. After saying my temporay byes to them, went to meet up the boys.. That day was also Chun Yee's bdae, our friend from HK! Had little bit of supper and a great choc cake from Marc.(without the thumbs up!) Caught Nabil in some forbidden action while we did a mini jackass. Zipped off in Fathul's Dad-wrecked car, went routing in the East, wanting to give Chun Yee a memorable bdae. But in the end, we ended up having supper/bkfast at Prata House after a wasted trip to gardens.

Thanks to Lorraine and Tze Wei for the present! I really like it and is nice to use :)
Thanks to my 1st 3 months friends for being so fun.
Thanks to the SIM boys, you guys are whacked man, but is so hilarious and crap being around you guys.
Thanks to R_____, though you can't really see, but you are so important to us(common topic).

The Girl With Many Eyes

One day in the park
I had quite a surprise
I met a girl
who had many eyes

She was really quite pretty
(and also quite shocking!)
and I noticed she had a mouth,
so we ended up talking.

We talked about flowers
and her poetry classes
and the problem she'd have
if she ever wore glasses

It's great to know a girl
who has so many eyes
but you really get wet
when she breaks down and cries

Photo Whore II

Photos from City Venture:

21st Birthday

Had my 21st birthday bash last Saturday. Indeed a very busy day, had to run around to entertain my different group of friends, was tiring but it was fun having so many friends gathered together. Perhaps I neglected some, but hope everyone really enjoyed the food the music and the mingling. Towards the end, was dunked into the pool, changed into something comfortable, played those digusting food games and got a bit too tipsy. Still don't understand the big deal about turning 21 but I had fun, I enjoyed myself. Thanks to all who came, who gave presents. PS: Photos will still a while to be posted. I am officially 21.
